I am entering my 10th year in education. During the first six years of my career, I had the privilege of fulfilling my lifelong dream of being a classroom teacher. Since then, I have transitioned into an instructional technology role, where I support educators in effectively integrating technology into their teaching practices to enhance student engagement and improve learning outcomes.

This is my 3rd year working at Coats-Erwin Middle School.

I got my start in the library world in 2017 when I began working at Dunn Public Library. This helped me discover that I was passionate about helping children develop a love for reading.

When I am not in the media center, I enjoy spending time with my husband and love going to see the Carolina Hurricanes play!

I am looking forward to working with your children in the media center and anticipate an exciting year.
